We are excited to announce that Intellezy was recently awarded with the 2020 Global Innovation Award in the category “Online Learning Library” from the eLearning Journal, a Digital Media and peer-reviewed international journal directed towards the study and research of eLearning.  An independent jury of experts awards this prize to “innovative products and services with a “state-of-the-art” character.” With more than 200 submissions per year, the eLearning AWARD is one of the most important awards in the industry.

Intellezy offers a variety of services, from Change Management to Learning and Development services. Under our Learning and Development umbrella, Intellezy is one of the leaders in the eLearning realm. We have a library of over 190 courses, with videos on a variety of topics, from Microsoft Office, Office 365, technical titles, Adobe Creative Cloud, and business skills. Instead of boring, drawn-out lessons, we offer microlearning that is ideal for today’s fast-paced environment. Our three to five minute, short-segment videos feature the instructor onscreen at all times. We have over eleven thousand microlessons in our library to help provide answers to workday challenges. Want to learn how to do VLOOKUP in Excel but don’t have time to watch an entire course? Just need a quick refresh on how to set your Out of Office in Outlook 365? Not a problem.

Intellezy’s training is delivered by certified instructors and industry experts. Their friendly, engaging style breaks down complex ideas into bite-sized learning nuggets. And because our subject-matter experts never leave the screen, the learner’s attention is held longer.

A professional delivery should be accompanied by an equally impressive presentation. While other video eLearning solutions utilize "at-home technology" to film and produce content, Intellezy’s video library is produced by professionals, in a studio, for professionals. We have received many compliments from users on the high-quality aspect of our recordings. And we are constantly evolving and tweaking it, adding new camera angles, motion graphics, and more.

Our videos span a variety of topics. We cover just about every product Microsoft offers. While we originally focused on the core applications of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, we have expanded our Microsoft library to include Windows 10, Project, Visio, Publisher, OneNote, SharePoint, and more.

Office 365 is the hot topic these days, and Intellezy has proven to be one of the industry leaders in Office 365 offerings. We were one of the first to roll out training on the new Office 2019/365 applications in Q1 of this year. Microsoft has no shortage of 365 applications, and they have been relentless in their release schedule, but Intellezy has proven that we can match them step-for-step. We offer courses on PowerBI, Teams, Flow, Delve, Skype, PowerApps, SharePoint Sites, Sway, and Yammer.

Our Adobe offering is robust enough to satisfy any user of the Creative Cloud suite. We offer courses on Acrobat DC Pro, Illustrator CC, InCopy CC, InDesign CC, and Adobe Photoshop CC. We even have an Adobe Photoshop CC course that is targeted specifically at photographers. And as Adobe has expanded and changed their software, we have been sure to update our courses to keep them fresh and relevant.

In the technical realm, we have many robust offerings. These include training on the database programming language Oracle, as well as Azure, Microsoft’s cloud service. If a student is looking for help in passing a technical exam, we fill that need, with courses such as Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (Exam MS-100).

We recently expanded our library to include Business Skills topics. A popular example is our Cyber Security for the End User course. By some estimates, over 90% of security breaches can be prevented by simple security awareness and offering this course to employees can help save an organization time and money. We also offer a variety of management courses, such as Coaching for Peak Performance and Leading Virtual teams, taught by a global executive who is a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board.

For many of our courses, we offer data files that students can download to follow along with the instructor, and we help students reinforce their learning with project files that they can complete after the course. A solution set is included with the project files so that students can validate their work.

Our eLearning videos are set apart from others because of our innovative use of having the instructor on screen at all times. Humans are drawn to faces, not to computer programs, and countless studies have shown that people pay more attention if they see a face on the screen. Babies are born wired to turn to faces over anything else in the room. Good communication is not just a voice—it is about the facial muscles, expressions, and other various nuances a human face can provide. You will see our instructors smile, laugh, and even frown if they encounter a pesky issue. All of this makes it feel like you are in a real classroom with a real person. We have heard feedback from users who speak about the instructor in ways you usually don’t hear when it comes to eLearning trainers:

“I feel like I actually know Heather by now!”

“Sometimes I ask myself, what would Ed do if he were trying to solve this Excel problem?”

We employ a dynamic screen capture that shows the learner what is happening on the instructor’s screen, so they are able to follow along at all times. Our instructors also use a variety of tools such as the ability to zoom in or highlight an area on the screen they would like to call attention to. We have also recently begun to season our business skills videos with motion graphics. These dynamic graphics help visually reinforce the material. Combining our use of the instructor on screen along with these snazzy motion graphics keeps the learner even more engaged.

We also are one of the few companies who constantly refresh their content. The old paradigm of getting a version of Outlook 2010 and not needing to learn anything new for another six years is over. Now this is the land of the Cloud, the land of Agile software development, and things are updating every week. New applications like Microsoft Flow or PowerApps appear overnight. Our subject-matter experts stay abreast of these changes, and we refresh our courses every three to six months.

So why use us? This technology-driven and ever-changing economy that we find ourselves in demands that we continuously renew and retool our skills. Whether you're just entering the workforce, moving ahead in your chosen field, or changing careers, you will need training on some piece of computer software. More companies than ever are migrating to the cloud, which often leads employees feeling unmoored. Our videos stand out above the crowd to allow users to learn what they need, when they need it. Our eLearning solution ensures viewer engagement. We’ve all seen those boring YouTube videos where someone is droning on in the background while a mouse moves around little squares in Excel. That is not the way to learn in this new environment. Our way is.

The bottom line: Intellezy lets people learn.

Intellezy your results-driven partner for the people side of change.
