For instance, if you need to create a feedback survey for an HR department, this should serve as a good starting point for you. You can fine-tune the contents of the form later on.

Generating Your Form

Once you've set your parameters, click Generate. Copilot will analyze your requirements and create a specific survey tailored to your needs. This process only takes a few moments. After generation, you have the option to keep the form as is, ask Copilot to regenerate it if you're not satisfied, or fine-tune the draft by adding more details or specific questions. You can even see the form being generated in real-time! How amazing is that?

Customizing Your Form

Adding questions is straightforward with Copilot. For example, if you want to include a question about a participant's favorite food, simply instruct Copilot to add it, and it will seamlessly incorporate the question into your form.

Applying Themes and Styles

Copilot also offers suggestions for styling themes, enhancing the visual appeal of your form. You can preview these themes before selecting the one that best fits your form's purpose. Whether you prefer a professional look or something more vibrant like a confetti background, Copilot makes customization easy.

Adding New Questions

You can always add more, even after finalizing your initial set of questions. You can add questions manually or use Copilot to suggest and integrate new questions. This flexibility ensures that your form can evolve as your needs change.

To start, navigate back to your forms environment in Microsoft Forms. Open the form you wish to update. For this example, we'll use the Arrowmar Feedback survey that we have.

Using Copilot to Update Questions

To update a question with Copilot, hover over the question you want to change. For instance, if you want to update the question, "Which search engine did you use?" hover over it, and you'll see the Copilot option appear. Click on it, and Copilot will begin drafting a rewrite for you.

Reviewing and Replacing Content

Once Copilot drafts the rewritten content, you have the option to immediately replace the existing content or regenerate the suggestion if you're not satisfied with the initial rewrite. For this example, let's click "replace," and Copilot will automatically update the question for us.

Fine-Tuning Your Form

If you need further adjustments, Copilot allows you to fine-tune the content. You can continue to use Copilot to tweak other questions or sections of your form until you're satisfied with the overall layout and content.

Adding New Elements

Beyond updating existing questions, Copilot can also help you add new elements to your form. If you realize a question or section is missing or would be beneficial, use Copilot to draft and integrate these new elements seamlessly.
