Burnout Recovery Course Description
This course was designed to help participants overcome burnout and create work- life balance. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of burnout, develop practical skills to recognize and prevent burnout, and learn effective coping mechanisms for promoting sustainable well-being. In addition, participants will explore some underlying beliefs that fuel burnout, such as the notion that one's worth is determined by productivity and achievement, perfectionism and how burnout can be driven by the fear of failure or criticism.
