This course was designed to teach mindfulness tools and techniques to reduce anxiety and overthinking, boost mental clarity, and enhance well-being. In this course, participants will learn the foundational principles of mindfulness, including the definition of mindfulness, 5 mindfulness skills and ways to implement into everyday life. This course is grounded in evidence-based practices drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness teachings and trauma-informed care. This course offers practical tools and insights that can transform one’s daily habits and enhance overall quality of life.
